Abstract / 论坛简介

English: With the deepening advancement of the "dual carbon" goals, the new power system is accelerating its transformation towards high-proportion renewable energy, highly elastic grids, and high-level digitization. The core characteristics of the new power system lie in the deep coordination and dynamic balance of source, grid, load, and storage, with the foundation being comprehensive, precise, and efficient power scenario and equipment state perception capabilities. Currently, the power system faces challenges such as significant fluctuations in renewable energy output, explosive growth in equipment scale, complex operating environments, and increasingly refined demands for equipment state monitoring. Traditional sensing technologies can no longer meet the real-time, accurate, and intelligent requirements of the new power system. Therefore, this forum focuses on "Power Scenario and Equipment State Perception Technology for New Power Systems," aiming to bring together industry experts, researchers, and enterprise representatives to discuss innovative applications and development trends of AI technologies in new power systems. The forum will facilitate in-depth exchanges on multi-dimensional perception technologies, intelligent monitoring algorithms, artificial intelligence, data fusion, and applications, providing technical support for building safer, more efficient, and low-carbon power systems.

中文: 随着"双碳"目标的深入推进,新型电力系统正加速向高比例可再生能源、高弹性电网、高度数字化方向转型。新型电力系统的核心特征在于源、网、荷、储的深度协同与动态平衡,而实现这一目标的基础是全面、精准、高效的电力场景与设备状态感知能力。当前,电力系统面临新能源出力波动性大、设备规模激增、运行环境复杂、设备状态监测需求日益精细化等挑战,传统的感知技术已难以满足新型电力系统对实时性、准确性和智能化的要求。为此,本次分论坛以"面向新型电力系统的电力场景与设备状态感知技术"为主题,旨在汇聚行业专家、科研学者及企业代表,共同探讨人工智能技术在新型电力系统中的创新应用与发展趋势。分论坛将围绕立体感知技术、智能监测算法、人工智能、数据融合与应用等方向展开深入交流,为构建更安全、更高效、更低碳的电力系统提供技术支撑。
